WE HAVE AN ONLINE SHOPPING CART TO MAKE THE ORDERING PROCESS VERY EASY FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS. ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE DONE THROUGH THE SHOPPING CART, NO MATTER HOW YOU WILL MAKE PAYMENT THE SHOPPING CART WILL MAKE SURE YOUR ITEMS ARE PULLED FROM STOCK AND HELD UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. WHEN ORDERING THROUGH THE DARK HORIZON RECORDS SHOPPING CART YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CALCULATE SHIPPING COST, THE SHOPPING CART WILL CALCULATE THE CORRECT SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOU AUTOMATICALLY.

If you're mailing in your payment, please fill out our printable order form or print out the confirmation email you receive from our shopping cart to send with your payment to avoid any confusion or delays with your order.
Please remember to list all your items and include the Invoice Number that is issued to you through the Shopping Cart.

GENERAL SHOPPING CART ORDERING INFORMATION:
1. Browse our site - there are a variety of SEARCH options - we have thousands of items available and IN STOCK!

2. Add items to your shopping cart that you wish to buy by clicking the add to cart button - you can remove any item at any time from within the View Cart Section.

3. ALWAYS list alternate items for your order! You can list you alternate selections in the comments box during the check out procedure. About 99% of our merchandise is in stock, but there is an occasional error were an item is listed as in stock and is not! Making alternate selections during your order will eliminate any delays or credit slips!

4. Review your order, make any necessary changes and additions, list alternatives. When you are ready to checkout, click the check out link. It will take a few moments for the order to Submit and hit our encrypted database.

5. You can register your shipping information one time and we will securely store it for you for return visits.

6. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal NO added surcharge!! We also accept Cash, Money Order, Checks, and Cashiers Checks sent via snail mail.

7. Ordering is 100% SAFE & SECURE and done through an encrypted https:// socket. We do NOT store any credit card information on our server for your protection.

8. Your credit card is NOT charged automatically online through a gateway processor to avoid fraud! This protects Dark Horizon Records and the card holder from fraudulent card activity.

9. We verify the address and card number of every new customer and process credit card charges manually through our terminal here at the Dark Horizon Records Office.
Note: If the billing address submitted does not match the billing address for your card, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.

10 . You will receive an email confirmation (If you typed your email address correctly, and you don't have a spam blocker that blocks our e-mail account).
Note: We will not fill-out any AOL, Yahoo, EarthLink etc spam filter forms to send you your confirmation e-mail. You must pre-configure your account to receive e-mails from darkhorizon666@hotmail.com if you use these or similar ISP or e-mail software.

11. You can check your Online Order Status anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Information to do so is provided in your email confirmation, or click "MY ACCOUNT" in the navigation bar on any page of this website.

12. If your payment went through successfully, you will receive your order extremely fast!


ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED QUICKLY AND ONLY AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT.
- All orders are very CAREFULLY packaged, with good protection!! We take pride in our excellent packaging, and are known for being one of the best at protecting your merchandise during the shipping process.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges - NO EXCEPTIONS!! We cannot except item returns because you did not know what you were ordering and you do not like the bands music! We are not Wal-Mart!!!! Make sure you know exactly what you want when you order it!!!!!

- Dark Horizon Records accepts no responsibility for the condition of merchandise! Items are shipped in the exact same condition as received from our suppliers. We package the items well for shipping but we are at the mercy of the worlds postal system and UPS. We cannot accept responsibilty for the way they mishandle the packages on occasion. Don't blame us for the misconduct of a disgruntled asshole courrier. Make sure to contact the courrier service for complaints about damaged shipments. When the package leaves Dark Horizon Records it is in mint condition!!!!! We do not sell damaged items!!!!!!

- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, and damaged orders! All orders inside the USA are shipped with free delivery confirmation. If your package is lost or stolen it is because the courrier did not do their job properly. Outside the USA we are at the mercy of your postal system and the customs houses.

- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for customs and or duty taxes foreign customers may have to pay on bigger orders. Each country has a different system, and there is no way we can keep track of who has to pay what tax! Please be reasonable when you are ordering from outside the USA, you know your country and their policies better than we do!!!

- Inside the USA If you have doubts, add $3.00 extra to have your packaged insured.

- Outside the USA if you have doubts contact us about additional fees regarding getting your package Registered.

- We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen payments!! So be wise with the way you send your money to us.
